Return and Refund Policy
We at DESIRÉ by IRENE ARDUSSO are committed to the full satisfaction of our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the products under the conditions specified below.
1. Right of Withdrawal (Consumer Customers)
Pursuant to current legislation (Legislative Decree 206/2005 – Consumer Code), if you are a consumer customer (i.e., a natural person who purchases goods for purposes not related to his or her professional activity), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without penalty.
Withdrawal Period: You have fourteen (14) days to exercise your right of withdrawal. This period begins on the day you, or a third party designated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.

2. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a full refund, returned products must be:
Untouched and Unused: The product must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged. It must be in the same condition in which you received it.
Original Packaging: The product must be returned in its complete original packaging (box, labels, manuals, accessories, etc.), which is considered an integral part of the product.
Completeness: The return must include all its parts and accessories.
Returned products that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a partial refund (due to a decrease in the value of the item) or the return may be refused.
3. Return Procedure
Once you receive your withdrawal request, follow these steps:
Return Authorization: Please wait for our confirmation email with detailed shipping instructions and a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number, if applicable.
Packing: Pack the product securely, preferably inside the original box you received your order with or in an equally sturdy box. Be sure to include all original items.

4. Return Shipping Costs
For Voluntary Withdrawal: If you exercise your right of withdrawal (i.e., if you change your mind or don’t like the item), you are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods (shipping costs).
For Defective or Nonconforming Product: If you have received an incorrect, damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately (preferably within 48 hours of receipt) at info@deinature.it, enclosing clear photographs of the defect or error. In this case, we will arrange for pickup or refund your return shipping costs and provide a replacement or a full refund.
5. Refunds
Timing and Method: Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will send you an email to notify you of approval or possible rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the merchandise. The refund will be automatically credited using the same payment method used for the original purchase (e.g., credit card, PayPal, wire transfer).
Refund Amount: We will refund the price you paid for the returned products.
6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is excluded by law in the following cases:
Custom-made or clearly customized goods.
Goods that are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly (e.g., food).
Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygienic or health protection-related reasons and have been opened after delivery (e.g., cosmetics, underwear).
