In this case, we will arrange for pickup or refund your return shipping costs and provide a replacement or a full refund. <\/p><h3>5. Refunds<\/h3><p><b>Timing and Method:<\/b> Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will send you an email to notify you of approval or possible rejection of your refund.<\/p><p>If approved, the refund will be processed <b>within 14 days<\/b> of receipt of the merchandise.
